Why we’re launching a training subscription

Most technical training is a one-time course — you finish it, and six months later half of what you learned is outdated. That doesn’t work for AI, MLOps, and cybersecurity, where the tools and threats change faster than any static curriculum can keep up with.

That’s why Sugar Hill Consultants is launching a monthly training subscription instead of a one-off course. Every month, subscribers get new, hands-on content covering MLOps and LLMOps, agentic AI security, and AI governance and compliance — built from real, current work, not repackaged theory. As the field moves, your training moves with it.

This isn’t generic cloud-certification prep. It’s training built by someone who has actually deployed the systems being taught — production AI pipelines, adversarial security testing, federal compliance work — and who keeps building new things worth teaching.

What you’ll learn: the curriculum

The subscription is organized around three core tracks, each pulling from real, current work:

MLOps & LLMOps — CI/CD for machine learning and LLM workloads, model registries, drift detection, and automated retraining that actually works in production.

Agentic AI Security & Governance — multi-agent orchestration, prompt-injection defense, and adversarial testing using real tools like Microsoft’s PyRIT framework.

AI Governance & Compliance — building the risk assessments and audit trails that hold up under real regulatory scrutiny, including federal and government-specific compliance requirements.

New modules are added monthly as the field evolves — subscribers always have access to the current curriculum, not a static archive.

What makes our training different

There’s no shortage of AI and cloud training out there. Most of it is written by people who’ve never actually shipped the systems they’re teaching about.

Sugar Hill Consultants’ training comes directly from real, production work: 8 deployed AI systems, real security incidents found and documented, and hands-on experience across DoD and IC environments with a TS/SCI background. When we teach MLOps, it’s because we’ve built CI/CD pipelines with real drift detection and automated retraining. When we teach AI security, it’s because we’ve built agent systems and then attacked them ourselves using industry-standard adversarial testing to prove the defenses hold.

You’re not learning from slides. You’re learning from someone who’s been in the room when the pipeline broke at 2am, and fixed it.
